Apart from information that you volunteer to Minimise The Risk Ltd either by emailing us or by filling out a form e.g. registering for our newsletter, Minimise The Risk Ltd does not collect any personal data about you on this website. You should include sufficient information to clearly identify yourself as well as any other relevant information that will reasonably assist us in fulfilling your request. Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible (within 30 days under GDPR).

Right to Correction of personal data: You can request us to rectify any personal data that we are processing about you which is inaccurate.

Right to withdraw consent: Under the new regulation consent should be freely given, specific, informed and provided via an unambiguous indication. Where we have relied upon your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

Right of erasure: You can request us to erase your personal data where there is no compelling reason to continue processing. This right only applies in certain circumstances, it is not a guaranteed or absolute right.

Our website does not use cookies, apart from temporary “session” cookies which enable a visitor’s web browser to remember which pages on this website have already been visited.
